Our CNC machines, saws, and drills are in production every working day to fill your custom order. We are your supplier for customized fasteners, drilled head and threads. Each order is given personal attention for quality.

Inside our big, big warehouse is a machine shop producing very technical and detailed fasteners. The six CNC machines that we operate require programming. We do our own programming in-house saving you money. We can program to your specs or drawings. Heck, give us a sample part and we can program from that, too. Our latest CNC machine can do big stuff. It has a spindle bore capacity of four inches. Our CNC mill works on 3 or 4 axis. It is a true 4 axis machine. Why do customers come to The Nut Place for customized fastener production? We do small or large quantities, prototype and production runs.
Our machine shop equipment enables us to do basic or advanced projects. For example, we provide broaching services to manufacture socket head screws. Broaching is a metalworking process that forms the hex in a fastener. Every project goes through an inspection process by our experienced machinist. Our turnaround times are faster. Whether import or domestic raw material, our machinist take care to produce a quality, finished product to your spec. We perform threading services on standard and metric fasteners and studs. Where? Not somewhere else…..but right here on-site at The Nut Place. Our machinists make it happen…carefully and precisely. We don’t stop there. We finish each item with a beveled tip called chamfering for easy nut assembly. At The Nut Place, our in-house machine shop can produce almost any kind of fastener with great turnaround times.
In Houston and around the world, drilled head fasteners are used in conjunction with cotter pins and tie wires to securely keep the fastener from vibrating off the machinery. The Nut Place has increased its stocking levels of these popular items. We keep a ton of drilled-heads in stock.
